Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide notice of 1 full business day. This helps to maximise availability to other clients in the event of a cancellation and minimises lost clinical time.

Appointments missed or rescheduled with less than one full business days’ notice will be charged the usual session fee ($285.00). This will be charged on the day via stored credit card details.

This means that, if your appointment falls on a Thursday at 9am, you will need to advise by 9am Wednesday if you wish to cancel the appointment. Likewise, if your appointment falls at 9am on a Monday, Shannon requests that you notify her by 9am Friday if you wish to cancel.

It is important to note that third party funders such as Medicare, Workcover, or Department of Veteran Affairs, do not pay late cancellation or missed appointment fees. Cancellation fees will be your responsibility even if your treatment is normally funded by a third party.
